Our single room in the old building („Flexibel Wohnen“) is deliberately kept simple and notably cheaper than the hotel rooms. Its 12 m² offer a single bed, a seating area, a wardrobe and a private bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer. Flat-screen TV, heating and free WiFi are a given.
Not a 3-star standard – but all the amenities of the house (wellness, sauna, steam bath, bike and underground garage) remain fully available. Bookable on request.

There is a small tag on the golf bag showing the silhouette of Neuschwanstein. Turn up with it on a course in Scotland or Portugal and someone will ask: you have a course at the castle? No. And that is exactly the story. Golfclub Neuschwanstein was founded in 1995 to build eighteen holes in Schwangau. Fifty-five people, a site in the Mühlberg district, a plan.
