Check-in & Check-out

Your room is available from 3:00 PM. Please vacate by 11:00 AM on departure day.

Late check-out until 3 PM: €30 per person. After 3 PM: overnight rate excluding breakfast. Late check-out available on request and subject to availability.

Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival (6 PM local time). After that: 80% of total amount. No-show or early departure: 100% of total amount. We recommend travel cancellation insurance.

Payment

Payment is due at the reception desk at the latest upon departure. We accept cash, EC, Maestro, Visa and Mastercard (card payments from €30).

0 to 3 years: free
4 to 12 years: €29 per night
From 13 years: €39 per night
